Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a territory of on-premise and off-premise accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with bar managers, restaurant buyers, and retail owners
- Execute brand activations and tastings at key accounts
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team on local promotions and events
- Provide regular reports on market conditions and competitive activity
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in spirits, wine, or beverage sales
- Established relationships with buyers in the Texas market preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 21 years of age or older
